i nearly had a good experience, but then i encountered the unclean bathroom full of mould. the lack of basic transport info when i arrived was a nightmare. and absolutely no room upgrade? highly disappointing, especially since one would expect special treatment after these inconveniences. not what i expected from a place that claims to be charming.

Charming escape in Anacapri
Our stay at Hotel Senaria was delightful, with a cozy atmosphere and a glorious outdoor breakfast terrace that offered stunning views. The staff were exceptionally kind and were eager to share local dining recommendations.
However, the location was a bit tricky to find initially, and we struggled with the public transport from the ferry, which could be overwhelming during peak hours.
